In this project we worked hand by hand with Marc Gascons, the renowned Michelin Star chef.

His idea was that the restaurant would be an extension of the hotel; that it would breathe the same essence but at the same time, as its name indicates, that it would be a meeting place where to eat well, but in an informal way.

We projected a restaurant with wooden tables, without tablecloths, with an important Show Cooking at the entrance that serves as a show not only to the diners, but also to the people on foot through the spectacular windows.

Industrial and warm at the same time, the play of black and mustard colors was one of the keys to achieve it.
